Based in the UK, C-Tech Composites Ltd is a family run business with over thirty years experience at the highest level in the field of carbon fibre, glass fibre and composite engineering. C-Tech Composites is a leading producer and designer of motorcycle carbon fibre bodywork including fairings, seats, mudguards, air boxes, sub frames and structural composite components. Whatever the requirement for composite bodywork whether it’s motorcycle racing, track days or any other motorcycle bodywork, C-Tech Composites brings aircraft and Formula One technology to the world of motorcycling.
C-Tech Composites Ltd was established in 1981 by Steve Collins and initially produced fibre glass motorcycle and automotive body parts. With the purchase of its first Autoclave in 1995 C-Tech progressively diversified into the design and manufacture of carbon composite motorcycle body parts, working at the very highest level of the industry. In 2004 Steves’ son Luke joined the company running the clean room and laminating department, and has helped to research modern software and production techniques to enable C-Tech to continue to evolve.
C-Tech has now produced carbon fibre bodywork for many top British Superbike (BSB) and World Superbike (WSB) teams, and over the past 4 years have produced bodywork for FTR Moto for Moto 3, Moto 2, CRT and Moto GP.
C-Tech Composites is one of the very few companies outside Japan to have received HRC approval to manufacture parts for Honda UK Racing.
